A Day at the Fair

Today we went to the local fair with my dad. We all had a blast! Eat lots of fair food, checked out the petting zoo and Cruz rode the carousel about halfway through he gave us the all done sign. It was a fun Sunday.

Cruz has had a busy couple of weeks first his new little cousin came to visit she is such a beautiful happy baby. Cruz seemed very intrigued by her. Yesterday we went to his cousin Greyson's 2nd Birthday (Happy Birthday Greyson) Cruz went all day with no nap and got up early that morning so we could get on the road so of course as soon as we got to the party he fell asleep. We only let him sleep a little bit so he wouldn't miss the whole party which resulted in a tired and some what cranky kid. He was very shy around the other kids and just wanted to hang with dad and Grandpa the whole time. April made awesome party favors which Cruz wanted no part of at the party but once we got home had a blast with. A hard hat and a tool belt with his name on it very cool.  Well Cruz has been the worlds crankiest kid this week not quite sure why but because of that the last pic of him sleeping is my favorite. Shea and I both hope for a much less cranky kid next week.

Happy Valentine's Day

We all had a great Valentine's Day. We made chocolate covered strawberries which Cruz just sucked all the chocolate off and gave me back the strawberries. We made Valentine's cards and Cruz got a giant bouncy ball for his backyard and a giant stuffed dog. It took him a few days to warm up to the dog he wasn't quite sure about it but loved the bouncy ball. And we stayed home and ordered pizza. It was a good day!
